Garden Mania - May 17-18, 2013

Goal: This is our biggest Fundraiser for the Club. Our goal is to sell out and hopefully overachieve what we did last year.
Background: This year, Garden Mania is being run a bit different as we lost our senior Garden Mania committee head, Hazel Blyzinkskyj. We've added a third person and have formed an informal Advisory board of senior club members who have run Garden Mania in the past. We're truly drawing from the "wisdom of the group" and thus far, everyone has been fantastic about helping out and offering to help.
Description of work: Working 1.5-2 hour shifts manning Gardenmania, help putting plants out, plant selection, set-up and clean up.

- Banner and sandwich boards have been updated with 2013 dates & picked up.
- Sandwich boards & Banner permits have been submitted.
- Postcard for distribution at Joint Meeting distributed (4/25/13)
- Flyer for posting has been created. Posting scheduled May 4, 2013.
TRANSPORT OF PLANTS:
- Members with large capacity vehicles who have offered to help in transporting plants to and from Tavern and to and from Cavvichios.
